Tom Matte is the creator of Upsight Vision, the name he gives to an unusual perceptual experience involving vivid, holographic-like imagery that he reports seeing and interacting with in his visual field. Since 2012, he has worked to better understand the phenomenon, including collaborating with researchers at the Institute of Noetic Sciences (IONS) to investigate it scientifically.
