Elvin de Araujo earned his PhD from the University of Toronto and has built his career at the intersection of structural biophysics and medicinal chemistry, with a focus on understanding and therapeutically targeting oncogenic proteins. He has extensive experience advancing scientific programs and helping build biotechnology companies toward key value-inflection milestones. Dr. de Araujo has co-authored more than 50 publications in medicinal chemistry and biochemistry, contributed to multiple patents and textbooks, and received more than 20 academic awards and honours.
