Amina Mara is a researcher, lucid dream educator, and host of The Dream World Podcast, where she explores the science, psychology, and transformative potential of dreams and consciousness through conversations with leading researchers, clinicians, and experienced dream practitioners. A lifelong lucid dreamer since childhood, Amina has spent more than 25 years studying the dream state through both personal experience and academic research. She earned her bachelor's degree in Psychology from Emory University and a Master of Fine Arts in Motion Media Design from the Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD), where her master's thesis explored lucid dreaming as a tool for creative inspiration. She also holds a Certificate in Dream Studies from Sofia University, further strengthening her interdisciplinary approach to dream research and education. Amina serves on the Board of Directors for the International Association for the Study of Dreams (IASD). Through her podcast, educational programs, and global community, she is passionate about making dream research accessible while inspiring others to develop a deeper relationship with their dreams, creativity, and consciousness.

Carly Brand is a self-healing guide and founder of Magic Body, trained by John F. Barnes in myofascial release. Through her work, she has helped thousands of people reconnect with their bodies and explore simple, accessible practices for supporting healing, nervous-system regulation, and greater self-awareness.

Her own journey through depression, disconnection, and addiction led her to explore a wide range of healing modalities, including myofascial release, plant spirit medicine, energetic healing, sound, and embodiment practices. Today, Carly’s work is rooted in the belief that many of the tools we need to reconnect with ourselves already exist within us, inviting people to rediscover the body as a source of wisdom, resilience, and possibility.
